These Terms govern your access to and use of the website forgebonds.com and the Forge product (the “Product”). You must affirmatively consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy to register and use the Product. If you do not agree, do not use the website or product.

1. Purpose of the website and product

• Website: Provided for informational purposes and to enable communication with Forge.

• Product: Forge is an action-first relationship coach that analyzes your input to suggest one concrete, effort-based step. It is not a therapeutic tool. It does not diagnose or treat health conditions.

2. License and acceptable use Forge grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the website and Product for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise authorized in writing. You agree to use the website and Product lawfully and follow all rules and applicable laws.

3. Account responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities under it. Keep your information accurate and up to date. Notify Forge promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited uses You agree not to:

• Impersonate Forge, its employees, or other users

5. Content and submissions If you submit questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information about the Product (“Submissions”), you grant Forge the right to use and disseminate Submissions for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation, subject to the Privacy Policy.

6. Generative AI disclaimer and third-party applications Forge may interoperate with third-party applications or model providers. You use them at your own discretion and risk and they are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Third-party generative AI tools produce responses based on your prompts and context. Forge is not the publisher or speaker of content generated by third-party tools. You are responsible for your prompts and any resulting content you choose to send.

7. Messaging If we offer SMS, prerecorded voice, or autodialed calls to support account security or service updates, you consent to receive such communications at the number you provide. You can opt out at any time as instructed in our communications. Message and data rates may apply.

8. United States use only Forge provides the website and Product for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that they are accessible or appropriate outside the United States.

9. Intellectual property The website, Product, and all related content and software are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Forge or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers Except as expressly provided, the website, Product, and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Forge and its licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Important clarifications:

• Forge is not a therapeutic tool. It is not designed for diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

• Forge analyzes your input to suggest actions. There are limits, and it may occasionally be wrong.

• If you find the service upsetting, discontinue use and seek appropriate support.

11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge and its licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or Product. In all cases, Forge’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ten dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.

12. Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forge and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your Submissions, your misuse of the website or Product, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination Forge may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violations of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Product ceases immediately. You may terminate your account by deleting it in-app or contacting feedback@forgebonds.com.

14. Limitation on time to bring claims Any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the website must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Dayton, Ohio, USA, for all disputes arising out of or related to your use of the website or Product. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

16. Changes to these Terms We may update or change these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be shown at the top. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

17. General No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Forge as a result of these Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forge regarding the website and Product.
